The Jurala Dam, officially known as the Priyadarshini Jurala Project, is a multi-purpose barrage constructed across the Krishna River in the Jogulamba Gadwal district of Telangana, India.  Completed in 1995, it serves as the first major irrigation and hydroelectric project on the Krishna River within Telangana state. The dam is a critical water source for the region, irrigating over 100,000 acres and generating 234 MW of hydroelectric power.

The structure is a composite barrage featuring a central masonry section flanked by earthen dams, with a total length of approximately 1.32 km and a maximum height of 40 meters.

• Storage: The reservoir has a full reservoir level of 1,045 feet and a gross storage capacity of 11.94 TMC (Thousand Million Cubic feet), though siltation has reduced the effective capacity to approximately 7–9 TMC in recent years.

• Spillway: It features 62 radial gates capable of discharging up to 35,396 cumecs of water during floods.

• Power: The associated hydroelectric station utilizes surplus water to generate power, which is shared between Telangana and Karnataka.
